Payment options

Amazon Business accepts the following:
Credit and debit cards from American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and more; invoicing; Buy now, pay later installment plans with Affirm; checking accounts; and gift cards.

Eligible Amazon Business customers are offered the option to defer payment of their purchases without any interest or fees. Upon receiving your order, Amazon Business will send you an invoice with standard payment terms and due date details.

Pay by Invoice is offered to eligible customers. If you are invited to Pay by Invoice and have specific Business Prime plans, you are eligible to apply for extended payment terms once you set up Pay by Invoice.

Yes, you can assign different payment methods to different groups and can customise preferred payment methods for each group to make checkout faster for buyers.

You can't apply for Pay by Invoice. Upon Amazon Business registration, your business is assessed for Pay by Invoice. If eligible, your account administrator will receive a notification to activate the credit line, which remains open for a limited time.
